  I would like to share my experience and I hope it will help you to save your time and money.
  Few months ago, I bought a camera from this store that after 3 weeks, I started to use it, and I figured out one major problem; camera was sometimes freezing.
  I brought it back to the store then I asked a young gentleman to help me about this problem.
  He started to take many pictures but the camera never was freezing and he said; " it works good and I don't see any problem" also, he mentioned; it takes almost three months to repair it. Furthermore,
  I had bought protection plan. ( another tricky way to make more money ). Eventually I decided to take the camera. Later, I saw again the same problem even worse; besides, there was dark line in the middle of monitor. Therefore I brought it back again.
  This time I explained 3 times the existing problems for three employees, and each of them passed me to next guy !!! I filled up an applications which took almost 20 minutes and they didn't accept to change it until it's repairable! !!( fortunately my plan was covering related expenses ).
  After 4 weeks , I got call from best buy the guy said "if you want us to clean your lens, it costs you 170$ + tax , which is not covered by your protection plan.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  Even my lens doesn't cost this price.
  First you charged me more than 1k for it.
  Second, I have been dealing with this headache for five months.
  You have my money and my camera and still calling me in regard to charge me !???
  Anyway, it was a good lesson for me.
